BROOME BEACH POLO RESTED FOR 2012

Marilynne Paspaley AM, Managing Director of Pinctada Hotels & Resorts, today confirmed that this year’s Broome Beach Polo event will not proceed.

“Pinctada Hotels & Resorts has been working hard to stage a beach polo event at Cable Beach on May 12 and 13 this year, but we have been unable to agree on details relating to the event format with Joint Venture partner Polo Enterprises Australia,” she says. 

“Unfortunately we have determined that we would not be able to do justice to our sponsors or the event with such little time available.  We therefore advise the Broome Beach Polo 2012 event will not proceed.  Naturally we are disappointed and thank everyone who has supported the event including the event’s sponsors, the Broome community and the polo patrons and players.”
